Solution
Deployed an AI triage co-pilot with RAG over clinical guidelines and EMR snippets.
Built a feature store and retrieval over protocols/insurer rules; added function calls for eligibility, scheduling, and labs; shipped explainable risk scores, handoff summaries, and guardrails (scope disclaimers, escalation triggers). Rolled out via shadow testing → staged canaries with dashboards, audit logs, and red-team prompts.
